1. Artwork
All objects and clothing are hand-painted and are unique pieces which have been carefully and tenderly crafted.
2. How are posters printed?
Posters are printed in Barcelona in a 210gm weight high-quality paper.
3. I would like to buy a print of a project which is not in the store. Can I have it?
Sure, no problem! Send us an email to shop@cocolia.cat and we can talk about it.
4. Packaging
Posters are delivered inside a rigid tube. The rest of objets and garments are delivered in cardboard containers.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal and bank transfers.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally from Barcelona with love. Shipping to Spain delivers in 2 business days, to Europe in 3-4 business days and to other destinations in 5-7 business days.
7. I haven’t received my package.
Please send us an email to shop@cocolia.cat with your shipment order number and we will look into it as soon as possible.
8. Can I return an article?
If you wish to return an article you can send us an email to shop@cocolia.cat with your shipment order, your details and the reason why you want to return it.
9. You can't find your country on the shipment area?
If you are interested in acquiring a Cocolia’s piece and your country is not on the shipment area, send us an email to shop@cocolia.cat and we will find a way to get to you.

Todos los objetos y prendas de ropa se pintan a mano, son piezas únicas que se han hecho con mucho mimo.
2. ¿Cómo se imprimen los pósters?
Los pósters se imprimen en BARCELONA, EN UN papel de alta calidad con un volumen de 210 Gr.
3. Me gustaría comprar una impresión de un proyecto que no está en la Shop, ¿Puedo tenerlo?
Claro, no hay problema! Envía un correo electrónico a shop@cocolia.cat y podemos hablar de ello.
4. Packaging
Los carteles se entregan dentro de un tubo rígido y el resto de los objetos sobre un embalaje de cartón.
5. ¿Qué formas de pago aceptamos?
ACEPTAMOS PAYPAL Y TRANSFERENCIAS BANCARIAS.
6. GASTOS DE ENVÍO Y ENTREGA
ENVÍAMOS LOS PEDIDOS DESDE BARCELONA. LOS ENVÍOS NACIONALES SE ENTREGAN EN 2 DÍAS HÁBILES, EUROPA EN 3-4 DÍAS Y PARA OTROS DESTINOS en 5-7 días laborales.
7. NO HE RECIBIDO MI PAQUETE.

SI DESEAS DEVOLVER UN ARTÍCULO DEBES DE ENVIARNOS UN EMAIL A SHOP@COCOLIA.CAT CON TU ORDEN ENVÍO, TUS DATOS Y LA RAZÓN POR LA QUE QUIERES DEVOLVERLO.
